Those four words – “fresh from the top” – is what we’re all about. We make ciders from fresh juice, from the top apples in the world. You’ve seen the labels of the big guys’ products – concentrates, water, and preservatives. Yeah, that’s not us. Here we are sitting smack dab in the middle of the world’s best fruit. We have the know-how to deliver a fresh product from nothing but juice. So why wouldn’t you do that? That’s what Longdrop does and that’s what makes us different.
In just a few short weeks we’ll launch our two flagship products, the Longdrop Semi-Sweet, and the Longdrop Semi-Dry. We think these are category defining ciders, and we hope you’ll agree. You’ll notice the difference with our ciders as soon as you taste them. They taste FRESH, because they are FRESH. In fact, we have a saying around here – that our ciders taste fresh because they were apples 30 days ago.
We start with 100% Northwest apples. Those apples are pressed into juice, and fermented in our custom fermentation vessels. When the cider is finished we add a little bit of carbonation, then the product is delivered to you. That’s it. Just 100% fresh juice. No apple juice concentrate. No preservatives. No artificial colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup or added sugar. And all our ciders are naturally gluten free.
